The chipmaker has captured market attention following the Trump administration's recent investments, coupled with strategic backing from NVIDIA and other major players. With an RSI of 77.31 and a clear uptrend established above its 20-day ($30.87), 50-day ($26.44), and 200-day ($22.73) moving averages, INTC demonstrates robust technical momentum. However, volume concerns persist—trading at only 31.26M shares versus an average of 122.69M represents a 78% decline in participation, which could signal caution despite the breakout.

$RGTI Rigetti Computing continues its quantum computing rally, currently at $48.24 after breaching resistance at $47.11. The stock soared 9% on AI frenzy, riding seven consecutive days of gains. With an extremely elevated RSI of 88.69, RGTI sits firmly in overbought territory, though its uptrend remains intact above the 20-day MA of $28.86 and 50-day MA of $21.90. Like Intel, volume is concerningly low at 27.62M versus the 88.52M average—a 72% drop that suggests reduced conviction among participants.

$APLD Applied Digital presents perhaps the most compelling breakout story. Trading at $37.75 versus resistance at $29.29, the stock surged 25% following stellar Q1 earnings that beat estimates on both revenue ($64.22M vs. $49.99M expected) and adjusted EPS (loss of $0.03 vs. $0.13 expected). The company's $11 billion lease deal for its Polaris Forge 1 campus adds fundamental support to the technical breakout. With an RSI of 88.55 and positioning well above all key moving averages, APLD shows strength. Notably, volume at 23.35M sits close to the average of 28.11M—only down 7.5%—indicating healthier participation than peers.

$WULF TeraWulf hit all-time highs at $14.81, clearing resistance at $13.59. The Bitcoin miner has extended its winning streak to seven consecutive sessions, benefiting from the AI infrastructure narrative. Its RSI of 84.26 suggests overbought conditions, while the stock trades significantly above its moving averages. Volume declined 44% to 17.78M from an average of 37.56M, reflecting reduced liquidity at these elevated levels.

$NVDA NVIDIA edges above resistance at $192.50, currently trading at $195. Despite concerns about China's customs crackdown on its H20 and RTX Pro 6000D chips, the AI leader maintains its uptrend above the 20-day MA of $180.24. However, with volume collapsing 89% to just 16.52M shares versus the 182.49M average, participation has virtually evaporated. The RSI at 69.01 suggests neutral momentum, lacking the conviction seen in smaller-cap breakouts.
